restrict field to get same data (unique field)

I create field "no. ID". There user have to enter his ID card number.
I want to set the field like "username" field, that restrict user to insert same data.
how to set like that?

Not quite sure what you mean here but if you mean that you want a field that cross reference another field to verify the data, currently it is not possible

Sorry for very late reply.
I mean that If a user has been insert no ID= 12345, then
other user can not insert no ID= 12345.

are you understand what I mean?
how to set like that?

Hi,

Currently it is not possible unless you custom code a field that has a table to cross check this value.
