the restrict area is not visible for user (Registered) but users which have the usertype "Registered,Super Users" can see this area. I need your help. Thank you.
Hello,
Let me know which app you are using to apply restrction, also share the site details so will check this issue.
For both("Registered"; "Registered,Super Users") User Types
- Subscription-Status: "Subscription - Active"

I have tried to check with test user (username : support).
This app is working fine. User support is registered type use but to see the restricted content user need active plan.
After subscribing that plan restricted area is shown. See attached screen shot.
Please correct me if i misunderstood your scenario.
the test user "support" has the usertype "Registered,Super Users". The Problem is that users with the usertype "Registered" can´t see the restrict area.
I have checked your site. For user MK , user subscribed plan before applying restriction on content hider, so entry is not added in resource , because we manage it from resources.
See attached screen shot.
Please try with another user and check this issue.
I checked and found that above user subscribe directly from plan page not from article link.
That's why resource is not bounded with this subscription.
