responsive images

Hi,
We have images that are not responsive. Is there some code that I can add to the template file to override this problem. If not how can I stop the intro image from appearing in the main article?

hey Brian,

I've checked one of your blog post page, it seems like something is not right, you can check my attached screenshot below.

By right, the image will show responsive, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?
