I have checked them on your end and it seems that all part of you site are not responsive as well as for example your people page as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/Hz8FieW0p. I believe this issues is coming from your current template itself. It would be best if you can consult with your current template service provider regarding this and see how it goes.

Or maybe, you can try to test them out using default Joomla template, that is Protostar template and see if those views responsive or not.
