In order for you to achieve this, you need to head to your Database on this table '#__discuss_configs', and head to 'config' columns. Then clear it data. Make sure you have done full backup before performing this.

Then, head to Easydicuss backend, and save any settings in it(for example -> Settings on general sections, just click save), in order for them to fetch it default settings(configurations).
