Requires updating message in backend

Hi
in my backend I see the message :
Requires Updating
Installed Version: 5.0.41
Latest Version: Unable to obtain latest version details

This message remains even if I run the update
Is it normal?
Yes, it normal and it will not cause any issue from your site.

The reason why it show these message even you update to latest version is because your current domain name didn't set to your license domain area, so the system unable to retrieve the latest version info from your server, then it will populate this message.
