Hi,

I have an issue with require reset password: Password isn't verify, I have parameter in type profil password with :
- size = 6 - 10
- 1 number
-1 uppercase ...

But I can write "123" and I have no error !

Can you help me, please ?

1 - Ok for the patch, I understand. For now, I made an html pattern in input.

2 - I found the issue: I have created a "esaysocial profil" link menu and when I wanted to "modify profile", the path was http://www.domaine.com/modifier instead of http://www.domaine.com/community/modifier. And It was the same thing for "require reset password" page.
So I have created a "external url" link with http://www.domaine.com/community/modifier and it works fine.

Hi there,

It seems that this issues come from our end and it should follow the exact rules set for those password. I have issued this to our developer and this will be included on our next release version. Thanks for your understanding

Another issue with this action for your developper: If user have no access to community, he can't reset password, When you try to login, you have an error 500. You can use prestataire profile in details informations to test.

it seems that we cant provide you any patch as this requires some modifications to be made in order to fully utilize this fixes. Thanks for your understanding

Regarding this issues, it seems that this user is still need to reset his password and that why it hit error. Maybe you can asked the user to click those reset link on the email re-try and and see how it goes.
