When you share a photo and someone repost it in the stream, the counter shows that person.

But if you open the photo in the popup and repost it there, the counter shows only the persons who have shared in the popup.

It is the same photo. But the popup is counted separately.

It should however be no matter whether someone repost a photo, in the stream or in the popup.

Actually that is different thing when you repost from the stream and photo.

If you repost from the stream item, that is consider is repost the stream item instead of photo.

if you repost from the photo, that is consider is repost the photo instead of the stream item.

By the way, I will discuss with our team and see is it possible to sync with the repost stream and photo count together.

Ah okay. It might be somewhat confusing for users to get two different results of the count. But many will probably not notice it.
