Do you mean that what setting needs to be enabled in order to notify the site admin for reported post? If yes, you need to enable 'Notify admins on new posts' which is at Notification settings.

You can language override the following language constant for it:

COM_EASYDISCUSS_REPORT_TOOLTIP="Report this post if this post is abusive"
