The Reports app, in its current form, is difficult to get any usable information out of. The three different report types show three different datasets, but none of them show all of the details of a subscription, and there's no single report that gives me all of the available data. Additionally some of the fields show cryptic data which doesn't do a lot for legibility. For instance the subscription report has a status field which reports 1601 as a status. I have no idea what that means.

Ideally I'd like to see an updated reporting tool with a single export type which allows us to choose what data we can see on the report. At a minimum this should include:

  • UserID
  • User Name
  • Plan
  • Subscription Date
  • Expiration Date
  • Access to custom fields for contact info, etc.

As an alternative, the Subscriptions page already has a lot of the data we would need. Maybe consider eliminating the reporting tool and allowing direct export of information from the Subscriptions page, with any applied filtering honored in the export. While we're talking about the subscriptions page, it would be much more useful to see an actual date/time for the expiration instead of "24 days from now".

I realize you guys just bought this and have a lot of work to do on it, but being able to export reports is a critical feature for us and I would assume many other users.
