Reply Through Email Parser contains many break lines

When I receive reply through email parser it contains many <br/> so it makes email message very high. (stretched heightwise).
This is how quoted message comes in (attached)
Can I correct this somehow?

May I know do you customize/alter your reply email template? as I see the preview email seems like it was shows the with linebreak format http://take.ms/y3Hjs where by default the reply email template should be shows as http://take.ms/iuBbQ and the reply in the email.
Perhaps, can you double check your email template to follow the correct format that you prefer?
