Joomla! 3.3.3, Komento 1.8.3, K2 5.4
So everything is working fine with the comments except that the reply button does not come up on comments and there's no way to reply to a specific comment in the editor. I have replies on and I believe all of my settings are correct for replies to work. I saw on a post from earlier in the year that other people were having a similar issue. If you could let me know if this has been fixed what I'm doing wrong or if it has not been resolved yet, I would really appreciate it. Thank you
Hello Laura,

You don't actually click on the reply in the editor but instead, when you are viewing comments, you can click on the reply button in the comments. For instance, if you access our blog post here, http://stackideas.com/blog/easysocial-1-3 you will see a "Reply" button on each comments.

I am aware. There is no reply button visible on any comments.

Hello Laura,

Hm, if that's the case, provide us with the back end and FTP access to check on this for you.

Hello Joe,

I've tried to access your backend but I got this: You do not have access to the administrator section of this site. Please advise.

Nik,

Sorry! The issue has been resolved with the login. I tested the login and you can now get into the backend of our website.

Thanks,

Hello Joe,

I am not really sure which particular user are you testing on the front end but it does seem like the user group "Super Users" are not allowed to reply comments as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/OpY5tGDv2wiJ

I have set the "Super Users" group to be allowed to "Reply Comment" and it works fine now. You can configure the ACL for user groups by accessing Komento > ACL > K2 > Click on the user group that you would like to configure
