Hey Nuno,

Since you did not provide us with the access, I am not too sure how to troubleshoot this. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

To add your access, simply edit your first post above or head on to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to insert your site access once only.

Is it possible to disallow some users to reply comments?
I need to answer questions from users in this post: https://www.portal-gestao.com/artigos/7769-o-que-compensa-mais-comprar-ou-arrendar-provavelmente,-arrendar.html and I can't.
I even tried with two different users.

What is your current username you are using to login to your site? Perhaps you want to check the ACL in Komento and set the user's group to allow them to reply to comments?

I noticed that some usergroups like "Formadores" don't have the reply button while others like "Registered" do.
I think it is related with K2 integration because K2 is determining how Komento behaves.
Now, how to fix this, I really can't figure out.

Go to your Komento ACL -> K2 -> click on the "Formadores" group. Ensure that the option reply comment is enabled.

Please take note that if a user belongs to 2 user groups, you need to ensure that both these user groups also has access to reply comments.
