Replies and Comments are in a short window

Hello,
I'm having a small issue with the reply and comment windows. When a user is responding to a comment, the window they're typing into is very small (please see images). But once they submit the comment, it goes back to normal (see second image). Is there a way to correct this so that the window is always open completely? Thanks.

I've tested in my local and it seems to be working fine.
Can you try replace the attached file to joomlafolder\components\com_easysocial\controllers\comments.php and see how it goes.
If the error still persists, can you provide us the FTP access so that we can have a better view?
