Hi guys,

I'm trying to replace the default_1.jpg cover image. I have read the documentation on cover photo overrides and that all makes sense. But the filepath here is https://s3.amazonaws.com/es.assets/default_1.jpg so I can't see where this image is coming from. How can I change this image?

Thank you!

James
If you want to override the cover photo for users, you need to upload the image file into /images/easysocial_override/user/cover/default.png

Hi Mark,

Thanks for that. But I've tried that (using a JPG sized 848 x 565, just like the default image) and it doesn't seem to work. Here's the page: https://www.theukuleleway.com/new/community-2

The default image is still showing.

Questions: Does the file have to be a PNG as in your example? Please confirm that the filename should be default.png and not default_1.jpg like the original. I'm sure I'm just missing something really obvious! Thanks for your help.

Cheers

James

Hm, I am actually a little lost here. A user cover is not the same as the login page image. If you are referring to the image on the login cover, this can be configured in the settings, http://take.ms/aDbl9

After selecting the file, hit the save button and you are good to go.

P/S: You might also want to purge your browser's cache to ensure that the browser does not cache the previous image.
