Do you mean that you would like to make the blog title disappear in your frontpage( http://screencast.com/t/orEuUYOK )?
If no, that was not possible to using the image replace with the blog title

However, I didn't mean the title of each blog post. I meant the name of the blog itself, as shown in the attached screenshot.
