One of our members using a kindle fire device is having an issue where when they reply to a post, it repeats that reply (usually 17 times). As near as I can tell, this issue began after installing the wanderers and esmobile template. When he selects the desktop version (wanderers), then he has the repeated posting issue. When he selects the mobile template, the issue goes away. Screenshot attached
additional device info: It is a Kindle Fire, 5th generation. Fire OS 5.3.2.1. The browser he is
using is Chrome.

Hello Jeromy,

Hm, not really sure how to reproduce this as I do not have a Kindle Fire. Are you able to reproduce this? Also, was he able to reproduce this all the time?

First off, thank you to you & your team for all the service messages. You all have been top notch and it's greatly appreciated!

I have several iOS devices and some MacBooks, but I don't have a Kindle Fire either. I have not been able to reproduce it on my devices. But on his kindle fire device he has been consistently reproducing it. At least it's consistent. For now he's planning on using the mobile template, but I'm still hoping it can be fixed.

Will there be any other followup with this issue? It makes me a little nervous that he can replicate the issue consistently. 1 Post reply instantly creating 17 duplicate posts.

Just had another kindler user test it and no issue. I'll consider it something on his end at this point, and report back later if I find anything helpful.

Do you mean another user unable to replicate this issue when he also using Kindle Fire device? If yes, perhaps you can compare both device spec and see what is the different?

Also may i know which browser they use in Kindle Fire device?
