Hi everybody,

I would like to renew my bundle.
Unfortunatelly ... my bundles don´t show up in my account anymore.
How can I renew them if they don´t show up?

All the best, Julian!
Hello Julian,

The products should still appear in your dashboard at https://stackideas.com/dashboard . It seems like you purchased the Jolly Bundle previously?

By the way, rather than renewing them separately, perhaps you want to consider the bundle plans at https://stackideas.com/pricing ? It is much cheaper than renewing them separately.

By the way, can you please provide us with your login credentials on our site so that I can check on your account?

Hi Mark,

I don´t exactly know how all the bundeles are called, as they change so often. It was the bundle that contained different subscription-lenghts: Most extensions had 12 months, ES only had 6 months.

However, I also had different versions before. Some single licenses and I think I also had the bundle.
Now I like to extend it with the 30%-Thank-You-Code, but I can´t use it as it only works for extending something.

By the way, rather than renewing them separately, perhaps you want to consider the bundle plans at https://stackideas.com/pricing ? It is much cheaper than renewing them separately.

That´s what I always wanted, and that´s what was totally ridiculos all the time.
I had single subscriptions with differend end-dates and there was no chance to switch to a bundle. Maybe you remember I asked you to align my expiration-dates but it didn´t work. However, in the bundle-offer I bought it was okay, because it was a huge discount so it was okay that I paid some extensions double. But ... now I am stuck again, as I like to extend and it´s not possible.

By the way, can you please provide us with your login credentials on our site so that I can check on your account?

Hello Julian,

You will need to renew your extensions separately if your intention is to keep the license. You can use the coupon code on the blog to get 30% off from each renewals.

However, I would suggest that you purchase a new bundle at https://stackideas.com/pricing instead as our new bundles has a standardized expiration date for all products and it's cheaper than renewing them separately.

Hi Mark,

meaning of your last posting:

When I extend the licenses each one single for a much higher price, I will get the "30%-discount" as an appreciation for being a customer for many years.

But if I like to switch to the bundle, which solves the problems with different expiration-dates and is much easier to handle in terms of expiration-dates I will have to pay the full price.

I communicated it many times: ES is worth a higher price, but I don´t understand this pricing-policy.
Switching from single products to bundles is like the worst step to do. I try to do this since many yeas, I thought finally with the bundle I bought it wo uld be solved, but then the different expiration-dates IN THE BUNDLE really knocked me out, and now your information is, I still have no bundle that I can extend and in addition there is no way to change to the bundle, I only can ignore all discounts and pay the full price.

Can you understand my problems?
Are you heading for any discounts on Cyber-Monday?

All the best, Julian!

Last time I was totally surprised that ES had a shorter expiration-date then the rest of the bundle.
Now I think about renewing only the ES-License but I can´t find ANY inforamtion about if the renewal is for 6 months or for 12 months.

Watch here:

Can you understand why I am missing totally any straight pricing-policy?
Buying without knowing the lenght of the subscription is really weired.

This is why we have made the pricing simple As long as you have purchased the single product licenses, the length of the contract is as stated on the plan itself. All products are 12 months except for EasySocial.

Bundles on the other hand is for users who use all our products and are already discounted. We cannot provide any more discount for product bundles.

This is not "easy".
As a customer with many different extensions from different providers I have to remember:

1. 12 Months for all extensions
2. Different at ES, which is 6 months
3. But no information about the bundle (bundle is 12 months, but there is nothing written about "ES only 6 months")
4. And no information about the length during the renewal process.

From my opinion this is the most complicated renewal-terms that I see on ANY Joomla-Extension-Provider.
And I have to remember nearly all of the information, because it is not communicated on the neccecary places (like the page with the renewal-button itself or the place for the payment)

We cannot provide any more discount for product bundles.

This is not what you communicate on your blog-posting about black friday.
It´s written that all renewals have 30%, it´s not written that this is limited on single-licenses.
The term is "on renewals", so what about the renewal of a bundle?

Still not "easy".
From my point of view "very complex and very difficult".

1. If you want a single and unified expiration date for all your products, then purchase the bundle from https://stackideas.com/pricing

2. If you want to renew your subscription by product, you can do so by clicking on the renew button at https://stackideas.com/dashboard and enter the coupon code TQVM2016

Or have a look at the banner:

It says "30 % discounts".

When clicking on the link it says
"30% discount only for renewals"

And according to your last post not valid for bundle-renewals.

Again ... complicated and not clear.

I love your products, they are stable, you have perfect support and so on.
The pricing is one of the terrible weak parts of the business you offer and every time when I need to renew anything it takes me hours and also lots of thoughts if it might make sense to change to other extensions.

In the moment I think about only renewing ES and Komento, instead of taking the bundle, as it´s cheaper and easier.
I would prefer it much more to have a clear pricing, transparent subscription-lenthts, well-communicated discounts and an "all-inclusive-bundle" which all plugins includet. It would make my life so much easier ...

So the lenght for ES in the bundle is also 12 months?
Or not?

And is there comming any Cyber-Monday-Discount?

Sorry for asking this so clear.
Last Time I bought the bundle, ES was valid only 6 months.
I didn´t expect this.
Now you tell me, the bundles have unified expiration-dates.

They haven´t had before.

I want to get this REALLY CLEAR this time before buying.

Our new bundles are all 12 months and you only see 1 license under your dashboard which is the bundle. You don't have to renew it manually as it is subscription based. For Club bundles, you get 15% off the first upcoming renewal and 30% the year onwards.

We do not have campaigns for Cyber Monday or Black Friday

Hi Mark,

okay, sorry about that but once again, here is the next thing that is totally unclear.
You write:

This is why we have made the pricing simple As long as you have purchased the single product licenses, the length of the contract is as stated on the plan itself. All products are 12 months except for EasySocial.

I thought about having a look at Metaman.
This is where the buy-link is.There is no information about the duration of the subscription, but as you said, all extensions are 12 months, only ES is 6 months, it was clear to me that Metaman is also 12 months.

On the payment-gateway fastspring there is more information:

a) The subscription is valid only for 6 months
b) The subscription seems to auto-extend after 6 months.

It´s really frustrating if you call this pricing-policy "clear".

And it seems like the coupon, which should be valid for "all single licenses", is not valid for Metaman.
Is Metaman not a "single license"?

The coupon code is for renewals only and not applicable to new purchases.
