Renewed last week but not appearing in my dashboard

I renewed EasySocial 8/5/15 but dashboard shows expired 8/6/15. Order Locator can't find my order, but my bank shows it was paid and I received the renewal confirmation email 8/5. Order ID and email address are in "Site Details" below
