Renewed Easysocial Pro subscription but received EasyBlog

Hello,

I renewed my Easysocial subscription and even the mail i received has the subject "Your EasySocial Professional Plan Renewal Delivery Information" but when i open my dashboard i find that the easy social is not renewed, however the easyblog got renewed. Kindly can you renew the easy social instead of the easy blog.

Thanks. I can now access EasySocial. But when i installed it, now i am getting this error:"
You are running on an older version of EasySocial.
Installed version: 2.0.7 Latest version: Please enter valid api key"

Please can you tell me where to update the key.

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Since this is a live system, we are not very comfortable in sharing the backend password. I hope you understand.

Hello Binoy,

There is nothing to change really. You just need to download the latest launcher from https://stackideas.com/dashboard and install it on your site. As long as you install it on writeupcafe.com , it will be able to retrieve the latest version details.
