Thank you for your inquiry. I've checked our payment portal using your current registered email but I am unable to locate any renewal purchases. Would you be kind enough to provide me with your purchase's reference number? Once I've obtained your purchase's reference number I'll immediately use it to locate your purchase.

I apologize for this double post. We've managed to locate the crux of the issue and have helped you to fix your account for you. You should be able to download EasyDiscuss by logging in and navigate to your dashboard. Would you be kind enough to check and verify?
