I just renewed Komento and EasyDiscuss, but the year was added to EasyBlog in both cases, could you fix it in my dashboard?

It now says EasyBlog will not expire until 2016...........

Probably it's because there's an issue with your order reference # (Because the purchase mas made long ago which has some bugs with the order reference).

I have fixed this for you and it should display the correct expiry now (With the correct order reference)

Thank you for changing the expiry dates Mark, I just noticed the ED/K renewals each added 1 year and 1 week to the EasyBlog subscription, so after your fix my EasyBlog expiry before renewal is now the 19th (it should be the 5th, as for ED/K/SE), could you change it back to the 5th?

The order references for ED/K are still 2012, not the ref for today's renewal, still need to be changed.

Edit/Update:

The EasyBlog order has now been processed but has added 1 year and 1 week to SectionEx, instead of 1 year to EasyBlog. The reference is still the old order.

I think there must be something wrong with the general link/update payment process from FastSpring to the Dashboard, or else it is just something unique for me..........

Not quite right yet............

From my last post:

The EasyBlog order has now been processed but has added 1 year and 1 week to SectionEx, instead of 1 year to EasyBlog. The reference is still the old order.


EB/ED/K should be 5/2/2015 as they are the 3 I renewed and Section Ex should be 5/2/2014 as I have not renewed it yet, waiting for everything to be corrected.

The EasyDiscuss and Komento dates are now correct, but EasyBlog and SectionEx are the wrong way round.

The invoice references are not the new refs but they can be fixed later on, the expiry dates are more important.

I thought everything was ok but I couldn't get my final renewal for SectionEx processed earlier today, it is still in mid air with FastSpring. I sent them a message at the time, still waiting for a reply 4 hours later.......

Update after 9 hours:

I received an email from Fastspring and processing worked this time and it was correctly assigned to SectionEx, but (again) 1 year and 1 week was added instead of 1 year (it shoud be 5 Feb 2015) and the old invoice reference number is still there.

Summary with FastSpring

4 orders processed, 2 delayed by up to 9 hours, automatic adjustment of licences all incorrect and 3 out of 4 auto adjustments made to the wrong products, auto update of invoice details did not occur on any order.

Out of 16 possible activities (4 x 4 products of order processing, auto allocate to right product, auto adjust licence expiry and auto adjust invoice details), only 3 (18.75%) completed successfully.

Stackideas should take FastSpring away for a week to teach them how to do everything properly, or maybe just wait if they continue to screw up and buy them very cheaply...............

@Apson/Adelene, I am not too worried as I know Stackideas will tidy up the SectionEx licence expiry and invoice details, just having a bit of fun in the summary at FastSpring's expense....
