I thought everything was ok but I couldn't get my final renewal for SectionEx processed earlier today, it is still in mid air with FastSpring. I sent them a message at the time, still waiting for a reply 4 hours later.......
Update after 9 hours:
I received an email from Fastspring and processing worked this time and it was correctly assigned to SectionEx, but (again) 1 year and 1 week was added instead of 1 year (it shoud be 5 Feb 2015) and the old invoice reference number is still there.
Summary with FastSpring
4 orders processed, 2 delayed by up to 9 hours, automatic adjustment of licences all incorrect and 3 out of 4 auto adjustments made to the wrong products, auto update of invoice details did not occur on any order.
Out of 16 possible activities (4 x 4 products of order processing, auto allocate to right product, auto adjust licence expiry and auto adjust invoice details),
only 3 (18.75%) completed successfully.
Stackideas should take FastSpring away for a week to teach them how to do everything properly, or maybe just wait if they continue to screw up and buy them very cheaply...............
@Apson/Adelene, I am not too worried as I know Stackideas will tidy up the SectionEx licence expiry and invoice details, just having a bit of fun in the summary at FastSpring's expense....
