I needed to re-purchase EasyDiscuss for a client and had a renewal link for an old license and renewed it, however only after doing so realised that it was still attached to a previous client and I can't seem to disconnect it.

The old client, youngacademyofscotland.org.uk no longer pays us for the updates which is why I let the license expire, however the new client, delta-ee.com will be doing so. is there a way for me to reassign the license or cancel the old renewal and process a fresh order so that it can be used for DeltaEE?
