Renewal Problem on Dashboard

Hello

I renewed my easysocial but my dashboard is still showing that it is not renewed. Can you kindly make it automatic that on renewal it should be displayed on the dashboard as renewed instead of that i have to raise the issue via a ticket. Thanks

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems like our system extended your EasyBlog Pro instead because of the same Order ID from your previous purchase of bundle plan. I have since corrected your renewal to EasySocial Pro. I will also feedback this issue to our developer to improve our system. Thank you for your patience and have a nice day.
