I renewed komento and ES but neither are showing up in dashboard

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have fixed your account and you should be able to see the updated expiration date now.

By the way, can I know how did you manage to add 2 products in a single order? The reason that the renewals didn't link up is because you had 2 products on a single order and we do not have a shopping cart on our site.

Hello Ted,

Ah I see. Thanks for the input on this. I guess this is why some user's order was also having more than 1 order. We have actually requested our merchant to have only a single order per purchase but not really sure why their cart is allowing that to happen. Will get in touch with them on this.
