Hi I renewed my easy social yesterday the payment went through and it still reflects as if I dont have a licence. Please will you investigate and fix.

Am I to understand this correctly you are paying a full $149 renewal fee and are you also paying every 6 months? I need to know this because its been two months since received any response from StackIdeas. I guess you're completely ignoring if you haven't paid the renewal fee? O_O

We have replied to all your e-mails Naomi. I do hope that you stop this blatant accusation that we did not reply to your e-mails.

By purchasing a subscription, you are purchasing the rights to access to the latest version and also access to our support. If your subscription expires and choose to not renew it, it is your rights and the software would still work as it is

However, if your subscription has already expired and you still expect to be able to download the latest version and also access to our support, that is not possible, sorry.
