My EasySocial license expires in a few days and I need to renew it. However, when I click on Renew I get the error: "We were unable to find the requested file or resource."

See image attached. I don't want to lose my early adopter pricing!
Hey Beth,

Your EasySocial Advanced plan is a recurring yearly subscription, therefore it will auto-deduct yearly from your credit card/PayPal. I believed there's a reminder email sent to you on the 30th September, if it doesn't, I will send it to your email. Fear not, you won't lose out on the early adopters pricing. For your information, the NEXTGEN coupon code is not valid for all early adopters.
