Hi there,
Our all subscription are recurring based.. How do i cancel someone through Admin so that he/she gets access till the next renewal time only and then his/her subscriptions expires and do not renew again.

I have tried to access your site but it requires password to access administrator url.
Let me know which payment gateway you are using for recurring payment's , so i can assist you.

Hi Manisha,
Thanks for your response, We are using Sagepay and Paypal as a payment gateway. If you need administrator login i can give it to you but let me know where shall i post the login details.

Hello Kunjan,

Admin can cancel the subscription from backend on subscription edit screen and it also depends on payment gateway api support or not.

Paypal : In case of paypal payment gateway , you need to cancel the recurring subscription from merchant account itself because cancellation from backend itself will not work, to stop further payment you need to cancel from paypal merchant account.

Sagepay : In sagepay support cancellation from backend itself, edit any specif subscription and here you can find cancel button. You can cancel the subscription from here.

Update me if you have any confusion.

Hello kunjan.

I checked your site and found that in sagepay payment app configuration you have set Cancel Recurring Order to No. That's why cancel button not shown there. I have changed it to yes, now you will be able to see the cancel button.
