Renew our subscription but no download possible

Hi,
i just renewed my EasySocial and Komento Licenses (SI161223-2661-95138 and SI161223-2661-95138) and received your delivery mails.

But in the dashboard the programs are still on "renew access" in the dashboard, no download is possible.

Please help

Hello Carsten,

I have fixed your account and it should show up correctly now! It looks like when you purchased the bundle a year ago, the order reference wasn't unique which caused the renewals to not be reflected immediately.

You will be able to access https://stackideas.com/dashboard to access your downloads now
