I need to renew my EasySocial subscription but I am redirected to the PROFFESIONAL package, not the STARTER that I always pay.
What have I to do?

According to our system, you have an EasySocial Professional subscription. Just in case you may have missed out on our EasySocial update, we have a slight bump on the prices of our EasySocial plans. As explained here: http://stackideas.com/blog/introducing-easysocial-1-4-stable . Or perhaps is something that i have missed out on? Please advise.
Please also take note that initially you've an EasySocial Professional subscription with us and not EasySocial Starter. I hope that clarifies on your renewal concern.
