Hey guys,

How I can renew it?

Hello Alejandro,

It looks like you have cancelled the automated subscription on our end. Is there any reasons for cancelling? I could re-activate it for you if you want so it can automatically rebill you or do you wish to prefer to renew it manually instead?

Honestly dont remember if canceled it or not. Maybe because I changed the payment method or something, dont remember.

But be ensure that I will never stop renew your products, because I love all your work and the excellent support you guys bring. So, from here at least, using or not ur products, I will still support that great work renewing all of these suscriptions

Prefer do it manually, because sometimes I preffer pay it with other payment method. But if u let me know what method I did use to pay it before, I can confirm u if autorenew is ok or not

Thank you for fixed that.

I have renewed it, but I didnt see that reflected on my dashboard. I mean, there still saying that it will expire May 21th. Check that when you have time please. Anyway, probably there is a delay of few minutes.

I've tried to locate your renewal purchase using your email but the only records that I can locate were your purchases dated back in 2013.
