Removing wording that i cant see where it comes from?

On my main blog page, just above the blog listsing and below the toolbar, there is wording that reads:

"Recent blog posts"

does anyone know how to get rid of this please?

You can go to Backend>Easyblog>Themes>Your Theme and turn off this option: http://screencast.com/t/Y7dWu0Y3kq . Hope this helps.
