Upload the attached file into /templates/JOOMLA_TEMPLATE/html/com_easysocial/dashboard/guests/

I was looking for the path but I can't find com_easysocial in html folder.please see picture. What can I do?

Too simple unfortunately I am still confused. shall I create a simple folder with name - com_easysocial or must also include subfolders for dashboar ans guests?

Yes you have to create those subdirectories as well so you can place the file there. If the file is not in the right directory, the system will not be able to read the override file.
