Removing "Leave your comments" text

Hello, I have Komento installed, and I would like to remove the text "Leave your comments" I have comments turned off for everybody but me. You can see the text here.

What template would I need to go to to remove the text, and what would I be looking for?
Hey there,

I am able to replicate this on my local site.

For a temporary fix, you can download the attached inline.php file and paste it at Joomlafolder/components/com_komento/themes/wireframe/structure/inline.php.

I will log this into our issue tracker.
