Try download my attachment file and replace in your file
JoomlaFolder\components\com_easyblog\themes\dashboard\system\dashboard.write.options.php
JoomlaFolder\components\com_easyblog\themes\dashboard\system\dashboard.write.insert.php

Add this CSS code in your template css file
#eblog-wrapper .blogImage .blogImagePreview{

	display:none;

}
