hi StackIdeas,

after upgrading to 2.0.3 I see that when the user deletes a post from his timeline which has attachments (pictures) then the post itself is deleted but the image files are not automatically removed from the server hard drive. I guess in the previous verson 2.0.2 it was working (but not sure).

thanks in advance for investigating
Martin
Hi there,

I've tested deleted post in stream that consist attachment (pictures) for both EasySocial (v2.0.2 and v2.0.3) , and the result is the same, where it is default behavior as you delete a post that consist attachment (pictures) it will not automatically remove the image in the server hard drive.

Hi there,

Let me clarify this thing to you, actually the images that have been uploaded/shared in the stream will be stored in the user's story album. Where the stream items functionality is only to display the images that have been stored in the story album.
As you delete the image in the story album http://screencast.com/t/rIDgDkc0Tu it will automatically delete the image in server hard drive as well
