Having the name and email is important because the system needs to use it to identify the author of the post and also for sending the author notification emails.

If the guest user wants to stay anonymous while posting, they can always use the anonymous option(http://take.ms/adkG8) to hide their name(http://take.ms/Efe3B).

Ok but please, it's very important, how can i change these fields email and name NOT REQUIRED....post can be send anonymously without any email or name entering....

There is no setting that can achieve this. You would have to hack the following core file that any changes are not protected from future updates.
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/post/post.php(http://take.ms/CvuVo)

Do note that once you do this, guest users will not receive future notification emails relating to the discussion post when they do not enter their name/email in the details section.

EDIT: We strongly do not recommend making changes to core files since it may cause other unforeseen issues.
