You can hide the Billing details(Transaction purpose and country) if you don't want to show them to do that you just need to disable Show Billing Details option from your backend.

You can find this setting here : Backend>>Settings>>Invoices>>General>>Show Billing Details disable this option and this will hide the Billing details from the checkout page.
