Hi, how can I remove this toolbar: "dimensione carattere, visite, commenti, iscriviti a queste post" ... ...?

You can disable it from
backend > Easyblog > Theme > YourTheme > Disabled -> Show Font Resizer & Show Hits
backend > Easyblog > setting > Workflow > Subscription tab > Disabled -> Allow entry subscriptions
backend > Easyblog > setting > Workflow > General tab > Reporting subtab> Disabled -> Enable Reporting
backend > Easyblog > setting > Social Integration > General tab > Disabled -> Print Button & Bookmark button
