is there a way to remove this from registration or prevent them from switching to another registration here. I don't want this link here in the picture it says

You are currently registering under the profile Dining Guest. Switch Profile?
Hi Jamar,
There is no setting to remove that statement. You would have to perform a template override on this file(JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/registration/steps/default.php) and remove the selected codes to remove it from the registration page(http://take.ms/0Y0Pt).
