1) I have turned off Terms and conditions" but they still show under "reply" how to remove that.

2) How to have all the replies and posts show listed from last date to the latest, so in a time chronologial way.
>> You can configure from your backend > Easydiscuss > setting > layout > general > display tab > Default replies filter tab

3) JCE editor will not show on comments or replies. However TinyMCE will show only on comments.
>> You have to set the the user permission from your JCE Editor > control panel > Edit profile > Default > User Group , and go to your backend > Easydiscuss > setting > layout > Editing > Default editor for replies > JCE EDITOR
Unfortunately the comment section don't have support any editor yet.

Okay, when updated to latest version of Easydiscuss, then when i disabled this option -> Enable Terms & Condition, it won't show out anymore.
Please have a check.
