Hello,
I enabled the option edit/remove comments in easyblog's ACL in the backend of joomla but I still can't see it in the frontend dashboard for a registered user. I don't want them to publish articles neither to edit tags (just see what tags are available), they can upload an avatar, edit their profile and manage their own comments.
Can you please help me to configure their dashboard.
Here's a pic of my configuration.
You have all my site details from that issue
Thank You very much
Hello Chissy,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Could you can provide a registered user access so we can check on this issues? Please advise.

Hello Chissy,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Could you mind create a temporary registered user account to us, so we can investigate with your issues? Because i checked your side, it seems like your configure is correctly ( http://screencast.com/t/DyiWDrpxpfs ) . Please advise.

I have to close the website. You can open it in the joomla configuration when you need to do the tests.

Hello Chissy,

I'm sorry that delayed response on this,
Thanks for your provided registered user login credential information, i have checked in your side, is it you asking about this "Edit" and "Delete" button in the comment part? Correct me if i getting wrong meaning of your previous post.

-> Superuser part
http://screencast.com/t/VtMuippfK

- > Register user part
http://screencast.com/t/TnhkxyXdzUf
http://screencast.com/t/t2rJV0t1 (Edit button)
http://screencast.com/t/rdhAL7jaTja (Delete button)

Regarding your second issues :
easyblog dashboard we can't see the "comments" icon and when i click under profile "comments" i have a 403 error page.
I have checked in your backend site, it seems like when you click the "Edit profile", "Comment page" or else, they always calling the "administra-blog" (while you set it to "Access Special") -> http://screencast.com/t/dh0aGONbqVW , so only the Superuser can access, and if Registered user click the link then getting 403 error, because the Easyblog can't found out the link from your dashboard and not allow to access.

So the solution is : you can try to set it to "Access Public" , or you go Easyblog > Setting > SEO > Advanced setting > choose "Use Current Active Menu Itemid" ( http://screencast.com/t/Gm4ud2l0 )
Hope this help.

Best Regards
Arlex

Thank you very much for you help !
I didn't understand why I couldn't see all the comments I made as a user.
Instead of setting the menu link access to public, I created a new acces level "Manage Blog" and enabled it for registered users and administrators.
Now, thanks to you, my problem is solved.
Thank you again
