remove some types of stream items

Hello, support.

How to remove from the stream:
- item about someone changes the profile
- item about someone like something
- that someone changed the article

Are there any settings for displaying in the stream (tape) ? I can't find them.
Or maybe i need to climb into php?

Stream items on new page likes can be configured in the pages app(attached).

I can not find in settings how to exclude from the stream items like this

Hi Vladimir,

1. There is no setting to turn off the label on top, unless you modify files or use custom css.

2. Unfortunately this cannot be hidden.
