Currently, it is not possible for you to show all items on your site for guest, but you can increase them here http://take.ms/YzEBi in order for them to see more activities on your site.

And in order for you to remove those login layout, you need to do some modifications on this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/dashboard/guests/stream.login.php and do template override for it, in order for it not to be overwritten on your next update/upgrade.

Please advice.
