Remove Rating stars

Where is it in the settings that I can disable the Rating stars from all posts?

Hi

Sorry for being a complete idiot but I cant find the 'Workflow > Ratings > Disable ratings' menu to be able to do this. Using version 3.9.24862

Where should I look for this?
