Remove Profile Information

Hi Team,

Can you please help to guide me on how to remove the certain profile information? I have attached a screenshot to better explain the areas highlighted in red.

If it just a setting I can change, please let me know or if more work is need.

You can find everything you need to modify the page in this file: ../components/com_easydiscuss/themes/simplistic/profile.php. Hope this helps.
