When I try to remove the profile cover field from user registration I get an error saying 'all mandatory fields are required...' I have already selected to not show the profile cover in the admin theme settings (I am using frosty theme) and I do not have profile cover set as a required field. Is there anything that I am missing?

Thanks
Matt
Hello Matt,

You can hide the profile cover field from the backend > easysocial > profile types > choose profile > custom field > edit cover photo
and set the view to "No". Check my screenshot below.

Hello Matt,

In the Custom Field, there are mandatory fields that need to be add in order to create a new profile types.

When there is any mandatory fields that is not added into custom field, it will return "all mandatory fields are required" system message when you trying to save it.

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove the profile cover fields in the current system

Is there a way I can just hide this field during registration then with a php or css edit. Also why are you able to disable the profile cover in the theme settings but then you can not do the same when editing registration fields? The two features kind of contradict each other but I would appreciate any sort of temporary work around.

Thank You
Matt
