May I know what version of easysocial you are using currently? If you are using easysocial community previously and just recently upgrade your license to professional, you need to re-install back your easysocial with professional license in order for this to take effect. Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you with the installation process on your site?
