Hi, I need to have post author names removed from everywhere visible on my blog. Currently, I see the name on the main blog landing page, here on my site: https://www.vermontel.com/about/newsroom

However, on any individual entry, such as this, for example: https://www.vermontel.com/about/newsroom/entry/remote-dvr-for-vtelevision-now-available ...I don't see the post author name there.

I've gone through every setting in the back end to try to turn off name visibility, but I must be missing something. What setting do I change to remove the name?

Thank you
Hello Jessica,

You might want to disable this setting: http://screencast.com/t/DlkpyDGT . If this doesn't work, do provide us your backend and FTP so we can have a better look on you issue.

Hello Jessica,

I'm sorry, I couldn't find your ticket. Can you provide it here by editing your question and add it in Site Details form?

I mistyped the ticket number, sorry! It is actually 47150. I've been emailing Ezrul about this but trying to move the discussion about this issue to your forum here. Thanks
