Do you referring to this group? http://screencast.com/t/DFwD0Xib . If you have disable the settings in the backend for group, this should not be displayed. EasySocial > Settings > Group > Enable Groups = No. If this is the issue, i cannot replicate this issue on my site. Perhaps you can provide us with backend access and ftp access so that we are able to assist you on this issue.
If this is not the issue, perhaps you can explain more so that we will understand you well. Can you provide us with appropriate screenshot as well?
